Can I use the review system to send customers to review my business or product somewhere else?

With the TopOut Group Review System, you've got two separate ways to collect reviews and have your users directly post them to Facebook, Google, or wherever else you might want them to leave a review!

Option 1: Custom review collection form

If you've already created a review capture form then you can quickly send users off to leave reviews on your business on other platforms. To get there you simply head to the Review Forms section under 'Collect'.

Once there, edit your existing form and click 'Submission Settings' on the form settings pane.

Once there, scroll down and select the platforms, or add a custom URL from any platform that allows reviews about your business, you'd like reviews by your customers to be ferried off to.

Once you've placed your links your customers will have the option when they're sent their forms to leave reviews on your selected plaforms, similar to the image below. Once clicked, the review they already wrote out for you is automatically copied to their clipboard for easy pasting.

When using Standard forms in this way, you're allowed to incentivize your review collection with coupon codes, gift cards, etc. if your current plan allows incentivized forms. (Currently only on Growth and Professional plans)

Option 2: Create platform specific collection forms

Follow the new form creation process starting At the Review Forms page under 'Collect'

Create a new form and select 'Collect reviews on external platforms' as your form objective.

Setup the form as normal and select the external platform(s) you'd like to send your customers reviews to. Currently we offer automatic import from Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, G2, and more! If the platform you need isn't listed, you can also manually import reviews as well.

These forms can also be used in automated review collection campaigns found under 'AutoRequests'. Only standard forms can be used for incentivized review collection.
